AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 241

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 241 on page 1, line 6, after “56”, by adding “and Section 30 of Article 82”; and

On page 1, by inserting immediately below line 15 the following:

      “(P.A. 94-0798, Art. 82, Sec. 30)

       Sec. 30. In addition to any amounts heretofore appropriated, the following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for Medical Assistance and Administrative Expenditures:

FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE ILLINOIS PUBLIC AID CODE,

THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM ACT, AND THE COVERING ALL KIDS HEALTH INSURANCE ACT

Payable from Care Provider Fund for Persons

  With A Developmental Disability:

Payable from Long Term Care Provider Fund:

  For Skilled, Intermediate, and Other Related

  Long Term Care Services .......................795,328,300
