    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 244, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
1 as follows:

on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 19 with the following:

    "(b) The Task Force shall consist of 15 voting members, as 
7
follows: 6 persons, who are not currently employed by a State 
8
agency, appointed by the Director of Public Health, 3 of whom 
9
shall be persons with knowledge and experience in the delivery 
10
of health care services, including at least one person 
11
representing organized health service workers, 2 of whom shall 
12
be persons with professional experience in the administration 
13
or management of health care facilities, and one of whom shall 
14
be a person with experience in health planning; one member of 
15
the Illinois Senate appointed by the President of the Senate 
16
who shall be a co-chair to the Task Force; one member of the

Illinois Senate appointed by the Senate Minority Leader; one

member of the Illinois House of Representatives appointed by

the Speaker of the House of Representatives  who shall be

Attorney General, or his or her designee; and 4 members of the 
7
general public, representing health care consumers, appointed 
8
by the Attorney General of Illinois.".
