    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 264 on page 16,

line 23, after "Freestanding Birth Centers", by inserting "and

consistent with standards of the American College of

Obstetricians and Gynecologists"; and

on page 17, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "30 minutes travel 
7
time" with "a ground travel time distance"; and

on page 17, line 16, after the comma, by inserting "that allows 
9
for an emergency caesarean delivery to be started within 30 
10
minutes of the decision a caesarean delivery is necessary,";

and

on page 17, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with "The services
