| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 305 as follows:

| on page 1, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: |

| "collector, and if the county treasurer determines, by |

| reviewing documents filed with the county clerk under Section 3 |
| 6 |
| of this Act, that the public officer has failed to comply |

| with"; and

| on page 1, line 15, by deleting "the county clerk has verified |
| 9 |
| that".
