| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 378, on page 1, |

| line 14, by replacing "the Department and the Authority" with |

| "the Department, the Authority, and participating counties"; |

| and

| on page 2, below line 20, by inserting the following: |
| 7 |
| "Participating county" means a county with a population of |
| 8 |
| more than 500,000."; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 4, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "an airport" with "a |
| 10 |
| new airport".
