    AN ACT concerning local government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is

amended  by changing Section 1 as follows:

    Sec. 1. This
This Act shall apply only to forest preserve 
8
districts
lying wholly within counties having a population of 
9
3,000,000 or more.
