| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 5, on page 54, line 15, after "may", by inserting "for a 3-year |

| period"; and

| on page 55, line 4, after the period, by inserting "Any rate |
| 7 |
| increase imposed under this subsection (i) expires on the date |
| 8 |
| 3 years after the date that the increased rate is imposed, and |
| 9 |
| any real estate transfer tax rate in the municipality is |
| 10 |
| reduced to the rate that applied before the rate was increased |
| 11 |
| under this subsection (i).".
