    AN ACT concerning State government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Director of the Department of Central 
5
Management Services, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is 
6
authorized to sell, transfer, and convey the building and land 
7
(constituting approximately 5,100 square feet on 2.5 acres, 
8
more or less) which formerly served as the District 6 regional 
9
headquarters for the Illinois State Police in Pontiac, located 
10
on Old Route 66 South two miles south of Pontiac, to Livingston 
11
County by quit claim deed for $10 and other good and valuable 
12
consideration by a Quit Claim Deed to the following described 
13
real property, to wit:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section thirty-three (33),

Township twenty-eight (28) North, Range five (5) East of the

Third Principal Meridian, thence North 31 degrees 18 minutes

East 2,915.50 feet to a point, thence South 0 degrees 39

minutes East 119.45 feet to the point of beginning. From the 
20
said point of beginning, thence South 0 degrees 39 minutes East

554.58 feet to a point, thence North 25 degrees 26 minutes

all situated in the County of Livingston and the State of

Illinois. The conveyance shall be made subject to the condition 
3
that title to the  building and land shall revert to the State 
4
of Illinois, Department of Central Management Services, if 
5
Livingston County ceases to use the building and land for a 
6
public purpose.

    Section 90. The Director of the Department of Central 
8
Management Services shall obtain a certified copy of the 
9
portion of this Act containing the title, enacting clause, the 
10
effective date, and the appropriate Section containing the land 
11
description of the property to be transferred under this Act 
12
within 60 days after its effective date and upon receipt of 
13
payment required by the Section shall record the certified 
14
document in the Recorder's Office in the county in which the 
15
land is located.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
17
becoming law.
