| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 7, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with the |

| following: |

| "corporate limits. |

| (c) The limitations of item (iii) of subsection (b) do not |
| 8 |
| apply to property that is the subject of an annexation |
| 9 |
| agreement adopted under this Division within one year after the |
| 10 |
| effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General |
| 11 |
| Assembly with a coterminous home rule municipality, as of June |
| 12 |
| 1, 2007, that borders the Mississippi River, in a county with a |
| 13 |
| population in excess of 258,000, according to the 2000 federal |
| 14 |
| census, if all such agreements entered into by the municipality |
| 15 |
| pertain to parcels that comprise a contiguous area of not more |
| 16 |
| than 120 acres in the aggregate."; and
|
| 17 |
| on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 5.
