| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 889 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by adding |

| Section 11.3 as follows:

| (230 ILCS 10/11.3 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 11.3. Reissuance of inoperative license. Any owners |
| 8 |
| license issued under subsection (e) of Section 7 that is not in |
| 9 |
| operation on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 10 |
| 95th General Assembly and that is available for reissuance on |
| 11 |
| or after that effective date shall authorize riverboat gambling |
| 12 |
| from a home dock located in the municipality in which the |
| 13 |
| license was first authorized.
