    AN ACT concerning safety.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 19 as follows:

    Sec. 19. Owners or official custodians of public water 
8
supplies shall
submit such samples of water for analysis and

9
and such reports of operation
pertaining to the sanitary 
10
quality, mineral quality, or adequacy of such
supplies as may 
11
be requested by the Agency. Such samples and reports shall
be 
12
submitted within 15 days after demand by the Agency.
