AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1103

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1103, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 3, on page 22, by inserting after line 19 the following:

    "Section 580. The amount of $5,225,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the FY 09 Budget Relief Fund to the Department of Agriculture for grants to Soil and Water Conservation Districts for clerical and other personnel, for health insurance premiums, for education and promotional assistance, and for expenses of Soil and Water Conservation District Boards and administrative expenses.".
