AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1114

 

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1114 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 

    “Section 5. “An Act making appropriations”, Public Act 95-11, approved July 2, 2007, is amended by changing Section 10 of Article 5 as follows:

 

    (P.A. 95-11, Art. 5, Sec. 10)

    Sec. 10.     Section 10. “An Act making appropriations”, Public Act 95-11, approved July 2, 2007, is amended by changing Section 99-10 of Article 998 as follows:

 

    (P.A. 95-11, Art. 998, Sec. 99-10)

    Sec. 99-10.  Repeal.  This Act is repealed on September 1, 2007 August 1, 2007.
