AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1183

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1183 as follows:

on page 1, line 21, by replacing "; lease purchase" with 
4
"contract; lease purchase agreement; or other agreement"; and
 
5
on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with "may enter into 
6
an installment payment contract,
or lease purchase agreement, 
7
or other agreement with a qualified provider or with a 
8
third-party, as authorized by law, for the funding or financing 
9
of the purchase and"; and
 
10
on page 2, line 13, by replacing "resolution" with "official 
11
action
resolution"; and
 
12
on page 2, line 14, immediately after "governing body." by 
13
adding "The authority granted under this Section is in addition 
14
to any other authority granted by law.".
