| line 9, after "State.", by inserting the following: "The |

| Inspector General shall also have the authority to investigate |

| alleged or suspected cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation |
| 6 |
| of adults with disabilities living in domestic settings in the |
| 7 |
| community pursuant to the Abuse of Adults with Disabilities |
| 8 |
| Intervention Act (20 ILCS 2435/).".
