SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for the construction of an early childhood education center in an overcrowded area in the Southwest region of Chicago. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $25,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for the construction of an early childhood education center that maintains grades pre-Kindergarten through 2 and is located in an overcrowded area in the Southwest region of Chicago.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
