| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 5-22 as follows:
|

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)

| Sec. 5-22. Social Security Number on license application. |

| In addition
to any other information required to be contained |

application for an original, |

| renewal, or restored license under this Act shall
include the |

| applicant's Social Security Number. |
