on page 2, line 1, by changing "The" to "Beginning on January

1, 2008, the"; and

on page 4, line 21, by changing ""Gross" to "Beginning on

January 1, 2008, "gross"; and

on page 8, line 23, after "(ii)", by inserting "beginning on

January 1, 2008,"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:

    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,

2007.".
