| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1746

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1746 as follows:

| on page 4, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "Members shall be |

| appointed by the Governor." with "The Governor, the President |
| 5 |
| of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker |
| 6 |
| of the House of Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the |
| 7 |
| House of Representatives shall each appoint 3 members to the |
| 8 |
| Commission."; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 5, line 22, after "the Commission.", by inserting "The |
| 10 |
| Office of the Governor, in cooperation with the State agencies |
| 11 |
| appointing liaisons to the Commission under this paragraph, |
| 12 |
| shall provide administrative support to the Commission.".
