Senate Bill 1975, entitled “AN ACT concerning criminal law”, with the following specific recommendation for change:

            on page 7, line 26, by deleting “,(v), (vi), (vii), (ix), (x),”. 

With this change, Senate Bill 1975 will have my approval. I respectfully request your concurrence.
