| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2080

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2080 on page 7, by |

| replacing lines 10 through 17 with the following:

| "Sec. 1-108. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global |
| 5 |
| and National Commerce Act. Severability. This Article |
| 6 |
| modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic |
| 7 |
| Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. |
| 8 |
| Section 7001 et seq., except that nothing in this Article |
| 9 |
| modifies, limits, or supersedes 15 U.S.C. Section 7001(c) or |
| 10 |
| authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described |
| 11 |
| in 15 U.S.C. Section 7003(b).".
