AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $3,400,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2008 from the General Revenue Fund to Western Illinois University for costs associated with the replacement or repair of air conditioning systems.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
