| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2344

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2344 by replacing |

| line 21 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with the following:

| "(b) (Blank). If at the end of the lapse period the balance |

| in the State Surplus
Property Revolving Fund exceeds the amount |

| of $500,000, all monies in
excess of that amount shall be |

| transferred and deposited into the
General Revenue Fund."; and

| on page 2, line 22, after "2008", by inserting "for liabilities |
| 9 |
| incurred on or after July 1, 2008"; and

| on page 2, line 26, by replacing "that date" with "July 1, |
| 11 |
| 2008"; and
|
| 12 |
| on page 3, line 3, by replacing "October 31" with "October 1".
