SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct a study concerning the licensure of nurses by endorsement under the Nurse Practice Act. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct a study concerning the licensure of nurses by endorsement under the Nurse Practice Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
