AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2595

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2595, AS AMENDED, 
3
in Section 1-15, Sec. 2.1, after "without the written consent 
4
of the Governor, Comptroller, and Treasurer.", by inserting "In 
5
addition, any Management and Concession Agreement entered into 
6
under this Section requires the approval of the General 
7
Assembly by joint resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of 
8
three-fifths of the members elected to each house."; and


 
9
in Section 1-15, Sec. 2.3, after "without the written consent

of the Governor, Comptroller, and Treasurer.", by inserting "In 
11

and this Act." with "The Governor, Comptroller, Treasurer, and

members of the General Assembly must verify that all provisions

of the agreement conform to the provisions of the Illinois 
6
Procurement Code, the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, 
7
and this Act."; and

in Section 1-15, Sec. 2.3, by replacing "The Director must 
9
provide all transaction documents to the Governor, 
10
Comptroller, and Treasurer upon request and prior to their 
11
execution." with "The Director must provide all transaction 
12
documents to the Governor, Comptroller, Treasurer, and members 
13
of the General Assembly upon request and prior to their 
14
execution.".
