Amends “An Act making appropriations”, Public Act 95-348. Restores an appropriation from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for Project Reality.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. “AN ACT concerning appropriations”, Public Act 95-348, approved with items vetoed and reduced on August 23, 2007 and with items restored on October 11, 2007, is amended by changing Section 280 of Article 285 as follows:
