| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Senate Task Force |

| on the Illinois Procurement Code established by Senate |
| 5 |
| Resolution 52 of the 95th General Assembly shall include as a |
| 6 |
| member the Executive Director of the Capital Development Board, |
| 7 |
| or his or her designee from among the staff of the Capital |
| 8 |
| Development Board, in addition to the members of the Task Force |
| 9 |
| specified in Senate Resolution 52.
