| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Matthew Frank of Hinsdale, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on February 11, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew Frank was born on November 9, 1989 in |
| 6 |
| Hinsdale; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew Frank was preceded in death by his |
| 8 |
| grandparents, Chris Tentomas, Rudy Rakovsky, Raymond Angel |
| 9 |
| Darnell, Dennis Raymond Dwyer, and Mildred Ann Jones; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew Frank is survived by his parents, Brian |
| 11 |
| Frank and Donna Dwyer; his step-parents, Scott Dwyer and Jackie |
| 12 |
| Frank; his brother and sisters, Ryan and Kelsey Frank and |
| 13 |
| Danielle Dwyer; his step-brother, Justen Astin; his |
| 14 |
| grandparents, Eva Frank, Susan Tentomas, and John Moats; and |
| 15 |
| his cousins, Kyle Patrick McNeil, Makayla Porter, Jamie |
| 16 |
| Markiewicz, and Connor Markiewicz; therefore, be it
