| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Nicholas Geraldi of Waukegan, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on May 2, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Nicholas Geraldi was born on October 21, 1922 in |
| 6 |
| Johnson City; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Nicholas Geraldi was a veteran of World War II; |
| 8 |
| and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel (Yost) |
| 10 |
| Geraldi; and his parents, Michael and Eva Geraldi; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Nicholas Geraldi is survived by his children, |
| 12 |
| Michele Weland, Linda Wilson, Patty (Tim) Dalrymple, Jean |
| 13 |
| (Harold) Alden, Janet Geraldi and Michael Geraldi; his |
| 14 |
| grandchildren, Nicholas Alden, Amanda (Gary) McDowell, Lisa |
| 15 |
| (Rob) Thompson, Johnathon Wilson, Myles Alden, Harold Alden, |
| 16 |
| Jr., Sarah (Joshua) Schneck, Susan Dalrymple and Gregory |
| 17 |
| (Jessica) Alden; his great-grandchildren, Hailey Alden and |

| John Alden; and his brother, Joseph Geraldi; therefore, be it
