| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Barbara Jean "Barb" Caccamo of Shorewood, |
| 4 |
| who passed away on June 22, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Barbara Jean "Barb" Caccamo (nee Agnew)
was born |
| 6 |
| May 5, 1959 in Waukegan, and a resident there until moving to |
| 7 |
| Shorewood in 1998; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She was a member of the Shorewood Church of God |
| 9 |
| and active in the Women's Group; she was employed for 25 years |
| 10 |
| at Jewel Food Stores in Waukegan, Joliet, and Shorewood; and |
| 11 |
| she was also a member of the Y-Me National Breast Cancer |
| 12 |
| Organization; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Barbara Jean Caccamo was preceded in death by her |
| 14 |
| parents, Charles J. and Louise "Lucy" (nee Limbrunner) Agnew; |
| 15 |
| and her brother, Charles Agnew, Jr.
; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Barbara Jean "Barb" Caccamo is survived by her |
| 17 |
| husband, Jerome J. "Jerry" Caccamo; her daughters, Nicole and |
| 18 |
| Megan Caccamo; her brother, Steven Agnew; her mother-in-law, |
| 19 |
| Doloris Caccamo; her brothers-in-law, Thomas (Carla) Caccamo |
| 20 |
| and James (Susan) Caccamo; and her three nieces and one nephew; |
| 21 |
