| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Georgia Ann Gonzales of North Chicago, |
| 4 |
| who passed away on July 23, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Georgia Ann Gonzales was born June 5, 1947 in |
| 6 |
| Waukegan; she was a member of Holy Family Parish and prior to |
| 7 |
| her retirement had worked at Abbott Laboratories; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph |
| 9 |
| and Antoinette (nee Alvarado) Fernandez; her sister, Josephine |
| 10 |
| Moog; and brother, Edward Fernandez; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Georgia Ann Gonzales is survived by her children, |
| 12 |
| Lauren Morales and Michael (Leanna Rodriguez) Parker; her |
| 13 |
| grandchildren, Adrien Gonzales and Maiya Morales; her sister, |
| 14 |
| Barbara J. (Jose) Lopez; her nephew, David Thomas; her two |
| 15 |
| nieces, Tina Lund and Julie Diaz; and her cousin, Danny |
| 16 |
| (Carmen) Fernandez; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| her family and friends, the passing of Georgia Ann Gonzales; |
