| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Margaret Foley of Evanston, who recently |
| 4 |
| passed away; and

| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Margaret Foley was the loving wife of Harry D. |
| 6 |
| Foley; the beloved mother of Anne; the devoted daughter of |
| 7 |
| Thomas and Jacquelyn Morsch; the cherished sister of Thomas |
| 8 |
| Morsch Jr., Mary Susan (James) Stumpf, James (Margaret) Morsch, |
| 9 |
| Kathryn (James) Rogers, and Julia (Paul) Sznewajs; the devoted |
| 10 |
| aunt to many nieces and nephews; and the fond sister-in-law of |
| 11 |
| Barbara van den Broeck, Elaine Sicking, Martha Helmick, |
| 12 |
| Margaret Davis, and Kathie Luttmer; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 15 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Margaret Foley; and be |
| 16 |
| it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to the family of Margaret Foley as a symbol of our |

| sympathy.
