| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Phillip Casey of O'Fallon, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on September 25, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Phillip Casey was born on March 17, 1962; his |
| 6 |
| parents were Ronald Casey, Sr. and Catherine Casey; he was the
|
| 7 |
| sixth of seven children; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, He loved the Lord and accepted Christ at an early |
| 9 |
| age; he graduated from Dwight D. Eisenhower High School in Blue |
| 10 |
| Island; he enlisted in the United States Air Force and he |
| 11 |
| served his county for 20 years before his retirement; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Phillip Casey is survived by his wife, Mary; his |
| 13 |
| daughters, Nicole and Mary; his son, Phillip II; his grandson, |
| 14 |
| Malachi Casey; his mother, Catherine; and a host of brothers, |
| 15 |
| sisters, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |
| 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 18 |
| his family and friends, the death of Phillip Casey; and be it |
