| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Joy Deborah Fisher, who recently passed |
| 4 |
| away; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Joy Deborah Fisher was an attorney at law; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Joy Deborah Fisher was the cherished wife of |
| 7 |
| Arthur W. Stawinski; the devoted mother of Steven |
| 8 |
| Fisher-Stawinski; the beloved daughter of the late J. Barry and |
| 9 |
| Rochelle Fisher; the dearest sister of Penny Fisher; and the |
| 10 |
| loving aunt of Heather Sherman, and Pamela, Moshe, and Yaakov |
| 11 |
| Friedman; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |
| 13 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 14 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Joy Deborah Fisher; and |
| 15 |
| be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 |
| presented to the family of Joy Deborah Fisher as a symbol of |
| 18 |
| our sincere sympathy.
