| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, During the 95th General Assembly, the Dog Owners |
| 3 |
| and Homeowner's Insurance Advisory Committee was established |
| 4 |
| pursuant to Senate Resolution 166 to study breed discrimination |
| 5 |
| and homeowner's insurance availability; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The Advisory Committee requires further time to |
| 7 |
| complete its work; therefore, be it
|
| 8 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |
| 9 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Dog Owners and |
| 10 |
| Homeowner's Insurance Advisory Committee is extended; and be it |
| 11 |
| further
|
| 12 |
| RESOLVED, That the Advisory Committee shall submit its |
| 13 |
| findings, as established in its authorizing resolution, on or |
| 14 |
| before December 31, 2008; and be it further
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, That with this reporting extension, the Advisory |
| 16 |
| Committee shall continue to operate pursuant to its enabling |
| 17 |
| resolution.
