| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Charles M. Kielma Jr. of Lockport, |
| 4 |
| formerly of Cicero and Berwyn, who passed away on June 24, |
| 5 |
| 2008; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Charles M. Kielma, Jr. was a police officer for 13 |
| 7 |
| years in Oak Park and formerly a police officer in Cicero for 7 |
| 8 |
| years; he was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge |
| 9 |
| #8 and the Illinois Police Association; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Kielma attended Havlicek and Lincoln Junior |
| 11 |
| High School in Berwyn, Morton East, and Morton College in |
| 12 |
| Cicero; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father, Charles M. |
| 14 |
| Kielma Sr.; and his daughter, Elizabeth; and |
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, He is survived by his wife, Julie (nee Ordman); |
| 16 |
| his daughter, Christine; his mother, Virginia; his |
| 17 |
| mother-in-law, Betty Semro; his brothers-in-law, John (Kathy) |
| 18 |
| Ordman and Michael (Carolyn) Ordman; his sister-in-law, Linda |
| 19 |
| (Ken) Montelo; and many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
