| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Cindy Geraldine Hurshman of Herrin, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on December 10, 2008; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Cindy Hurshman was born on February 19, 1961 in |
| 6 |
| Elgin; her parents were Robert Eugene and Judy Geraldine |
| 7 |
| (Jennings) Craig, Sr.; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Cindy Hurshman was employed as the administrative |
| 9 |
| assistant for Baker Auto and Truck Salvage in Marion; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Cindy Hurshman was a former member of the Ladies |
| 11 |
| Auxiliary of the American Legion in Marion and the VFW in |
| 12 |
| Herrin; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Cindy Hurshman is survived by her fiance, Jerry |
| 14 |
| Baker; her daughter and son-in-law, Bridget and Shawn Priddy; |
| 15 |
| her grandchildren, Sierra Burks, Morgan Priddy, and Bryce |
| 16 |
| Priddy; her parents; her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and |
| 17 |
| Laura Craig Jr.; her niece, Lindsey Craig; her nephew, Justin |
| 18 |
| Craig; and her numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, |
| 19 |
