Synopsis As Introduced Applies to boards and commissions appointed by the Governor and State officers under his direction. Provides for: a centralized online repository for the posting of information relating to boards and commissions; and uniformity and online availability of applications for appointments to boards and commissions. Imposes requirements upon: boards and commissions that maintain websites; and persons seeking gubernatorial appointments or reappointments to boards and commissions. Effective April 9, 2009.
