Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that taxidermy records must be open for inspection by any peace officer during normal business hours (now, "any reasonable hour"). Requires certain taxidermy records to be kept for 6 months (now, "2 years"). Amends the Wildlife Code.
