Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Governor's submission of the State budget.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Changes the date the Governor must submit the budget in 2009 from February 18 to March 18. Deletes obsolete language. Effective immediately.
