Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Provides that a resident of a community-integrated living arrangement, as defined by rule of the State Board of Elections, is a resident, for voting purposes, of the election jurisdiction in which the arrangement is located.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that a community-integrated living arrangement is as defined in the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act (now, as defined by rule by the State Board of Elections).
