Synopsis As Introduced
Repeals a provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code providing for the collection of an annual commercial distribution fee on vehicles of the second division weighing more than 8,000 pounds. Deletes references to the repealed provision in 2 other provisions. Effective July 1, 2010.
