Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Creates the Lottery Supports Schools Fund. Provides that certain lottery revenues shall be deposited into the Fund. Provides that moneys in the fund shall be distributed to school districts based on the district's percentage of lottery sales. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill. Makes technical changes concerning cross-references. Amends the School Code. Provides that the State Board of Education shall not take into account lottery distributions when computing State aid. Effective immediately.
