70 ILCS 705/6from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 26

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Fire Protection District Act. Provides that trustees in a fire protection district with more than 30 full-time paid firefighters shall receive a salary not to exceed $4,000 per year (now, $2,000 per year). Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
70 ILCS 705/6
Adds reference to:
70 ILCS 210/1from Ch. 85, par. 1221

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
