Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Elevator Safety and Regulation Act. Removes references to private residences in the definition of "elevator contractor's license" and in a Section concerning inspector's licenses and inspection company licenses. Repeals Section concerning elevators in private residences. Effective immediately.
