Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act. Applies the Act to the lobbying of members of State boards and commissions.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
25 ILCS 170/4from Ch. 63, par. 174

Further amends the Lobbyist Registration Act. Exempts from the Act a person who, without compensation and without making reportable expenditures, appears before a board or commission for the purpose of explaining or arguing for or against issues or matters within the jurisdiction of the board or commission.
