Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Revenue.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
20 ILCS 2505/2505-1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 500/40-20

Replaces everything after the enactment clause. Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that the Procurement Policy Board shall have 30 days to review any proposed lease of real property of 10,000 or more square feet or any proposed lease of real property with annual rent payments of $100,000 or more. Provides that the proposed lease shall become effective if the Board does not object in writing within 30 days. Effective immediately.
