Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Public Funds Investment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Charitable Trust Stabilization Act. Provides that the Charitable Trust Stabilization Committee may transfer all or a portion of the balance of the Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund to a third-party administrator to fulfill the mission of the Committee and the purposes of the Fund. Provides that the Committee may employ staff and enter contracts. Provides that special attention and preference shall be given to public and private entities with operating budgets of less than $1,000,000 for grants and loans from the Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund. Effective immediately.
