Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Alternative Gas Supplier Law in the Public Utilities Act. Provides that "single billing" means the combined billing of the services provided by both a natural gas utility and an alternative gas supplier to any customer who has enrolled in a customer choice program.

	Adds reference to:
	220 ILCS 5/13-1200

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Universal Telephone Service Protection Law of 1985 in the Public Utilities Act. Changes the repealer of the Law from July 1, 2009 to July 1, 2010. Effective immediately.
