Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that a delinquent minor may be placed in a juvenile electronic home monitoring program. Establishes the conditions of the program.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes provision that limits home detention for a minor adjudicated delinquent for an act that if committed by an adult would be a Class 1 or Class X felony to a period not to exceed the last 90 days of incarceration.
